Immerse yourself in a world of freshness, creativity and indulgence with this exclusive course. Supervised by a pastry chef trainer, you'll learn how to sublimate summer fruits through summery recipes. You'll make three creations: a finely revisited strawberry dish, a fresh raspberry & tarragon baba, and a pavlova topped with a ganache raisonnée made with verbena and garnished with yellow fruit. A unique course combining technical skills and a love of fruit.
