In this convivial gourmet workshop, participants will learn how to make a delicious Caribbean 66% dark chocolate mousse the grandmother's way, rich in flavor and authenticity. Workshop duration 30 minutes Guided by the expert advice of our training pastry chefs, they discover the essential gestures for obtaining a mousse that's airy, creamy and intensely chocolatey. An accessible and comforting workshop, ideal for learning the basics of a great pastry classic, while sharing a moment of pleasure around chocolate.
Each participant leaves with his or her own creation, ready to enjoy!
