Guided by our experts, you'll discover the secrets of coffee extraction methods and learn how to marry its intense and varied flavors with the aromatic richness of chocolate. Discover the excellence of Loutsa products, a Lyon-based roaster since 2018, and learn the art of tasting.

Workshop program:
- Introduction to sensory tasting: understanding the importance of the senses in the coffee and chocolate experience.
- Discover the parallels between know-how: roasting, fermentation, blending... find out what the art of coffee and the art of chocolate have in common.
