Discover the use of new ingredients such as inulin and threose for unique creations. Learn to make a variety of milk ice creams, sorbets, ice creams, mousses and much more. Each participant must own an ice cream maker to be able to reproduce the course creations at home, and bring a cool box with ice cream bread to take home with them.
