During the 45-minute tour of the new cellar, inaugurated in 2015, learn about the history and expertise of the winemakers, oenologists, and cellar masters. Viticultural work, harvest, winemaking techniques, and aging processes are all explained in an engaging way. You’ll also get to admire the wine library, where the Cave preserves its finest vintages. The visit ends with a tasting of the house wines, including classic labels, single-vineyard selections, and exceptional crus to delight your palate.
For organic wine lovers, since 2007 the cellar has been committed to the “Vignerons et Développement Durable” (Winemakers and Sustainable Development) initiative and offers an organic range across five Northern Rhône appellations: Saint-Joseph, Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, Cornas, and Saint-Péray.
