- Miso broth, soy beans & spring onions

- Nigiris: Salmon x2 and Red Tuna x2

- Makis: Cream cheese, mango, cucumber pickle & avocado x2 and Shrimp, avocado, lime mayo x2

- California roll: Octopus & Korean kimchi x2

- Temaki: Beef tataki & shitake x2

- Onigiri : Duck confit & Hoi Sin sauce x1

- Dessert: Yuzu cream, mango salad, poppy / sesame crumble & Matcha tea ice cream
