Ideally located in the pedestrian street of the historic center, "Le Pied du Géant" is the perfect address for a rejuvenating break, whether you're just passing through or looking for a convivial group stay.
Stay in this fully renovated former family home, combining authentic charm with modern comforts. You're right in the heart of Tournon-sur-Rhône, a lively, dynamic town on the banks of the Rhône, just a stone's throw from the ViaRhôna, offering easy access to shops, restaurants and cultural activities.
"Le Pied du Géant" is a character gîte where comfort and conviviality reign supreme. The house features a large communal living room on the 1st floor, with fully-equipped kitchenette and cosy lounge. In the shared courtyard, take advantage of the plancha and garden furniture for moments of relaxation. Four air-conditioned bedrooms on two floors. A 3-person room (Papi Mamie) and a 5-person family room (Mimi) are located on the 2nd floor, a 2-person room (Pauline) and a 5-person family room on the 3rd floor (Le Grenier). Each room has its own private bathroom with toilet, and all are equipped with a TV. Rooms are furnished with 90cm beds (which can be converted into 180cm beds on request). You'll appreciate the view of the Virgin and its tower from the "Pauline" room.
The gîte is available by the room for one or more nights, with or without breakfast, but can also be rented in its entirety to accommodate up to 15 people.
With 3 other gîtes nearby ( O Bercail ), we can accommodate up to 29 people.
Whether you're a lover of leisurely strolls or of the ViaRhôna, you'll appreciate our close proximity to shops, restaurants and cultural activities.
Cyclists will find here a real haven of peace: a secure room is at their disposal, as well as a fully equipped workshop, fitted out in the grandfather's former upholsterer's space, ideal for small repairs.
