Around Saint-Félicien :

Raillon

A lovely 6km walk starting from Saint Félicien, a haven for cycling and walking! The path winds down towards the suspension footbridge before skirting the arboretum – make the most of the cool, riverside atmosphere for a break in the shade. The climb back up to the village offers lovely panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the Daronne valley. Ideal for an afternoon outing.

 

Hike Tournon sur Rhône and Tain l'Hermitage

Grands Bois

For a refreshing walk near Tournon, in Saint Jean de Muzols, set off on an 8km route. This largely shaded circuit will take you on a journey of discovery through the Grands Bois and the hillsides of the Saint Joseph wine region. The climb along this route will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Hermitage and Saint Joseph vineyards, as well as the confluence of the Doux and the Rhône.

Bois de l'Ane

Put on your walking boots for a 9km walk starting from the village of Chavannes. You’ll follow the stream to the Étang du Mouchet (designated a Sensitive Natural Area since 2010). Fancy making the most of this lovely spot? Why not take the opportunity to take part in a treasure hunt using the Baludik app! Then continue on your way, passing the castle and a traditional farmhouse, before reaching the lake. A flat and pleasant walk!

The Route des Belvédères invites you to explore the Rhône Valley and its stunning panoramic views. From Tain-l’Hermitage, Gervans, Serves-sur-Rhône or Érôme, set off on foot or by car into the heart of the vineyards, with the Rhône as your guide.

From the Pierre Aiguille viewpoint and its 360° view, to the Chapelle viewpoint facing the Hermitage hill, via the Puy de Serves, the Méjeans or the Planards, each site reveals a unique perspective. On the Ardèche or Drôme side, the Col du Marchand and Mont Froid also offer magnificent landscapes.
