Visit the Nectardéchois cooperative workshop! Discover all the secrets of their juices and nectars. This workshop was created in 1998 by the village of Pailharès in order to promote fruits, professionals or individuals. Nectardéchois is certified " organic" and is located in a wooden building.
Nectardéchois started out as an association before becoming a SCIC cooperative, an ambitious project for the small commune of Pailharès.
Nectardéchois offers private individuals and professionals the opportunity to process their fruit from 100kg upwards, which often means small batches tailored to local demand. Nectardéchois is the opposite of most other processing plants, which require very large batches for greater profitability.
Over the last few years, Nectardéchois has created a range of fruit juices and nectars using local fruit, processing on site and monitoring the quality of its juices.
This range can be sold to professionals and individuals in the Drôme and Ardèche regions.
Nectardéchois sells to individuals, associations, local authorities and professionals (restaurants, bars, shops, etc).
Nectardéchois promotes local trade and the economic development of our region, product quality, the environment and employment.

Every first Saturday of the month, the workshop shop is open from 10am to 12pm for visits, tastings and sales of products (free access).
