Founded in 2025, the Solstice Quintet brings together musicians from Austria, China, Bulgaria, and France who share a passion for chamber music. Founded in 2025, the Solstice Quintet brings together musicians from Austria, China, Bulgaria, and France who share a passion for chamber music. They study at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (MDW), work under the guidance of Stefan Mendl, and perform in Austria—notably in Vienna at the "ÖJAB Goes Classic" event and at the Münchendorfer Musiksalon.
A deeply Romantic concert featuring the great Quintet by Robert Schumann and a work by Philippe Scharwenka—a composer well worth discovering—performed by five talented young musicians.
