Céline & Romain are opening the doors to their winery for an evening to celebrate the end of the harvest with a traditional winemaker’s meal: sausages and bacon à la gène. A timeless experience that blends tradition, togetherness, and authenticity. Here’s more about this traditional recipe…

The sausages and pieces of bacon are placed right in the heart of the still, surrounded by grape pomace (la gène), for a slow cook that results in a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Serve this with potatoes, also cooked in the still, and you have the perfect meal for a convivial gathering.

Add to that a long table set amidst the vats, and you have the nearly complete recipe for the experience we invite you to enjoy at the estate during our winemaker’s evening.
