The climb to the pass follows a very pretty trail through forests and pastures. From the pass, you continue up to Mount Sardier, with a magnificent view over the area. The descent passes through the isolated hamlet of Les Bauds and Nectardechois. A very pleasant hike, remarkable for its views.
