Description

Come and recharge your batteries in an authentic, fully renovated 18th-century hamlet. You're on a high plateau 480 meters above sea level, with breathtaking views over the Rhône Valley and the Vercors. In the early morning, the sunrise o... La Ferme de Simondon is an exceptional natural setting for a stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. An estate that combines tranquillity and nature. On site you'll find a campsite with around 30 pitches, three gîtes, a B&B, and the "Le Simondon" restaurant, open evenings in summer and weekends the rest of the year.

During your stay you can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool* and numerous play areas for young and old: petanque pitch, trampoline, slide and games room with table tennis, table soccer and library. Everything is designed to please families and friends alike. Young and old, take the time to say hello to the farm animals: donkeys, sheep and chickens.

Right in the heart of the hamlet, the Grand Gîte can accommodate up to 12 people. Simplicity and conviviality define it. Accommodation comprises a spacious living room with wood-burning stove, dining area and sitting area. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. A toilet with washbasin is available on this level. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: two with a 160cm bed (adjustable) and two others with two bunk beds per room (4 beds per room). A special feature is that all rooms have a washbasin. The two showers are in separate rooms accessible from the landing. There is also a separate toilet on this level.

To enjoy the fresh air, a pleasant north-facing terrace is located in front of the entrance to the gîte.

Just 15 minutes from Tournon, the site is easily accessible from Lyon or Grenoble. Numerous activities are available nearby, including a trip on the Ardèche Train, tasting at the Cité du Chocolat Valrhona, or sailing on the Rhône.

Heating included - Household linen and towels optional.
