Gîte for 14 people, located in the heart of Ardèche verte, in the Doux valley
Charming gîte located in the heart of the Ardèche verte, in the valley of the doux. This old farmhouse has been completely renovated and divided into 2 dependent gîtes (one for 8 people and one for 6 people). 2 gîtes can be rented out and communicate with each other. Peace and quiet guaranteed.
Situated 100 m from the owners' house and 80 m from our butcher's and delicatessen on the farm (open Fridays 4 pm to 7 pm and Sundays 9 am to 12 pm).
Description gîte 1 for 8 people:
- Large living room with sitting area and kitchen
- 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160 (2 pers)
- 1 bedroom with bunk bed 90 (2 pers)
- 1 comfortable sofa bed in living room 140 (2 pers)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
- Microwave oven, induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, traditional coffee maker, beer taps (seb), kettle, 8-person raclette machine.
- Garden with shaded terrace, table and chairs, deckchairs, wood-fired barbecue and large plancha.
Description gîte 2 for 6 people:
- Large living room with open kitchen
- 1 large bedroom with 160cm bed and 90cm bunk bed
- 1 comfortable sofa bed (140cm) in the living room
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC
- Microwave oven, induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, TV, traditional coffee maker, kettle...
- Garden, table and chairs, deckchairs, wood barbecue + small electric barbecue
The 2 Gîtes are equipped with parking for your vehicle.

-Cleaning fee 40 €/ gîtes or 80 € if you take the 2 gîtes
-A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be required to confirm the booking. This deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation 15 days before the start of your stay. After this date, the deposit will not be returned.
-A deposit of €800 will be requested on arrival.
