Bistronomic restaurant with inventive, creative cuisine, using fresh, local produce whenever possible. An excellent wine list with over 400 references. All served in a warm, wood-and-stone setting... Weekday lunchtime, our suggestion from the market as we shop, and in the evening, a chic bistro with a menu to share, serving creative, high-quality cuisine made with fresh produce according to the season, often with a twist from our travels, a cuisine in our own image...
