At the foot of Hermitage hill, surrounding by the vineyard, we welcome you to the former home of Louis Gambert de Loche, founding president of Cave de Tain. Le Fief de Gambert, where heritage and terroir come together to offer you an authentic and unique experience.

Our restaurant invites you to discover cuisine that is both generous and refined. Sincere and seasonal, our cooking showcases local ingredients, perfectly paired with wines from Cave de Tain, as well as a selection of wines from other French wine regions.

Opening

From 01/01 to 31/12/2025 on Tuesday between 12 pm and 1.30 pm. On Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 1.30 pm and between 7 pm and 8.45 pm. Closed on Monday and Sunday.
