The Chartron family welcome you to an ancient 'Dauphinoise' house with authentic decoration, situated at the foot of Saint-Donat collegiate church. Cuisine based on regional products and a menu that changes with the seasons, to really bring out all the treasures of our terroir, including asparagus, fruit and of course the black truffle from December to March.
