Under the sunshine, my autumn strolls led me to Erik Borja’s famous Zen Garden. Some say that its autumn splendours are THE place to see in the region… and that a new cuvee was made of its vines by the Domaine des Clairmonts, a stone’s throw from the garden !

I visited this wonderful garden in spring, intoxicated with its fragrances; in summer, I found here some freshness and could admire the lotus flowering… Nice in all seasons, the autumn at the is for sure a real moment of grace ! Its Japanese maples get flamboyant colours : fire red and brightly shining orange pierced by the sunshine… The light and colour touches are so in harmony in this Zen spirit that I feel like in an impressionist painting.

The scenes follow each other, I’m strolling and immersing myself in this warm atmosphere before the winter dull… It’s already getting dark, I find shelter in the which just gave birth to its “Jardin Zen” cuvee ! This organic Crozes Hermitage took advantage of the tranquillity of the garden located at the foot of the vineyard. The white brings me back to the garden’s spring atmosphere with its white flowers notes, I hear the bees humming… The red, a gourmand wine, mixes in the glass some red fruits and spicy touches, transporting me to the excursion I made in the afternoon…

I was astonished by the splendours I could see and taste : ready to face winter !
