The artisanal factory is in the heart of the Palace of the Candies of the Nougat and the Memories. By visiting the site, you will have access to our factory of artisanal nougat and you will be able to discover the secrets of manufacture of the nougat of Montélimar. Depending on the factory's activity, you can even watch our master nougat-maker (who has been making nougat from father to son since 1894!) make our nougat, our almonds from Provence or even our nougat wheels!
