Producer GAEC fresh and dry cows cheese, Tomme, cheese with herbs and spices, butter.
All made traditionnally. Sale on the market of Tournon on Saturday morning and in the farm. Farm sales every morning Monday to Friday from 7am to 12pm and group visits by appointment only.
AB certification in November 2019, and BLEU BLANC CŒUR IN OCTOBER 2018.
Family farm for 3 generations loving to share its passion and profession, its practices.
Breeding of 65 Monbéliard dairy cows, all-grass system, robotised milking.
The milk is processed into a wide variety of cheeses, such as tome en salade, a specialty of the Ardèche, butter, cream , yoghurt, blue cheese, tome...
Farm visits for groups with snacks and tastings €5 per person with a minimum of 10 people, otherwise contact us.
Open house in September every 2 years, next in 2026.
