Six Treize is a concierge service dedicated to your rental, secondary, or home-exchange property. Operating between the Drôme and Ardèche regions—specifically around Tain-l’Hermitage, Tournon-sur-Rhône, and Saint-Donat-sur-l’Herbasse—we provide a local liaison service to oversee and manage your home. Every property is unique, and every owner has specific needs. Six Treize offers services tailored to the property entrusted to its care.

For short-term rentals, Six Treize handles the entire process from listing to the end of the guest's stay: creating and optimizing the listing, pricing, managing bookings and guest communication, preparing the property, cleaning, linens, and coordinating any necessary services.

For second homes, Six Treize provides a local presence while you are away: property checks, mail collection, coordinating indoor and outdoor maintenance, preparing the home for your arrival, and handling grocery shopping and linens.

For home exchanges, Six Treize acts as your local point of contact: introducing guests to the home and how it works, liaising with visitors, serving as a guide during their stay, preparing the house for their arrival, and managing the transition at the end of their stay to prepare for your return.
