Situated at an altitude of 500 m on the Ardèche plateau, near the village of Étables. The land is laid out in an arc on a gentle slope. It is composed of several terraces facing south and south-east. At the bottom of the plot, a hillside reservoir forms a small lake for frogs and passing birds. La Lussie is a protected and peaceful area, where animals roam freely, from deer to wild pigs and pollinators.
