During this gourmet workshop, children will learn how to make delicious crunchy chouquettes and a creamy mousse with Jivara 40% chocolate, an emblematic milk chocolate with sweet, cocoa notes. Accompanied by an animator, children discover the basics of pastry-making: choux pastry dough, simple and precise gestures, and the secrets of an airy chocolate mousse.

A fun, educational and delicious workshop, specially designed for children during the school vacations.

All participants take home their creations to enjoy at home or with their families.
