Wine tourism guide and sommelier. Born in Tournon and now back home after 20 years in the high-end hotel and restaurant business in Monaco (Maitre d'hôtel, sommelier, butler, manager).
I'm currently in charge of wine tourism at Domaine Farge (St Jean de Muzol) and Domaine Laurent Habrard in Gervans.
Main service provider for Terre de Syrah (By Cave de Tain), I'm a wine expert for cruise passengers on barges and at Villa Caroube (premium services in English). Wine expert at Valrhona for "wine and chocolate accorts", at SCOOK (Mme Pic's cooking school) for Master classes, and for services with Les Canotiers.
Wine butler, creator of "premium" made-to-measure services, in partnership with "la Villeon", Château de Fontager and Maison Pic.
Sommelier consultant for restaurants and private clients.
