Croze-Hermitage gelegen, wurden 4 Ferienwohnungen in einem alten, vollständig renovierten Bauernhaus, das nicht weit vom Haus des Eigentümers entfernt liegt. The Panoramic is located in a recently renovated former farmhouse in the highly attractive Drôme des Collines region. The gîte is set in a peaceful natural setting overlooking the vineyards of the Hermitage, St Joseph and Croze Hermitage appellations. To get there, walk along the vineyards. 3 other gîtes are part of the farm, designed and decorated by the owners in a simple, modern and practical way. Situated on the heights of the village of Mercurol Veaunes opposite the Tower, the Panoramic boasts a breathtaking view over the Rhone Valley, Mercurol Tower, vineyards, orchards and the Rhone river bed. Enjoy the private terraces and the 3000 m2 enclosed park with 2 car parks, barbecue, slide, swing, table tennis and table football. Sharing and conviviality are the strong points of this farm. Access: 3.5 km from the A7 motorway, exit 13, 20 km from Valence and 17 km from Romans-sur-Isère, 20 min from Alixan TGV station, 5 km/8min from Tain l'Hermitage TER station.
