Stunned by the news, I call upon the audience to join me on a journey through the history of the Republic and the great humanist speeches that shaped it. I therefore call upon the public—those who feel inspired by these ideals of progress and justice—to rally in defense of the Republic’s motto: Liberty, Equality, Fraternity.
