Each region has its own grape varieties and terroirs... Discover them to better understand wine. Whether or not you've taken the "Introduction to wine tasting: the basics" workshop, this will help you understand what a grape variety is, where it's grown and why, and what it contributes in terms of aromas and flavours - that's the basics too!

You don't need to be a wine expert to take part, it's all about discovery and conviviality.

The learning process continues over an equally convivial 'bistronomic' meal at the Table d'Hôtes M. CHAPOUTIER reserved for our 'students'!

At the end of your workshop, our sommelier will open the cellar's boutique exclusively for your enjoyment.
