Studio-appartement van 25 m² in het centrum van het dorp Saint-Félicien. Slaapkamer met bed van 140 cm, afgesloten met een gordijn, slaapbank voor 1 persoon. Goed uitgeruste keuken, gemeubileerd terras, fietsenstalling, beddengoed en handdoeken inbegrepen, huisdieren welkom. Completely renovated 25 m² studio in a quiet street in the center of Saint-Félicien village, close to all shops. The apartment is very bright, with large windows. The bathroom and WC are separate, and the bedroom with a 140cm bed is closed by a curtain, with storage space and sockets on either side of the bed. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, conventional oven, microwave oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker with soft pod and filter coffee maker, toaster, crockery and all necessary utensils. The studio has a sitting area with TV and armchairs, including a sofa bed for a third person. The terrace is furnished with chairs, tables and chairs for outdoor enjoyment. A lockable cellar is available for storing bicycles, baby carriages, etc. Linen and towels are provided.
Pets are welcome as long as they respect cleanliness and the furniture provided.
A stroller and high chair can be lent free of charge on request.
A few coffee pods and tea and herbal tea bags are available on arrival.
Some books and tourist information sheets are available on site.

The village of St Félicien, in the heart of the Ardèche verte region, is famous for its Ardéchoise cycle race. It also offers numerous hiking and cycling trails. This pretty, lively village has many shops and craftsmen, and two weekly markets.
Half an hour's drive away, you can take the Mastrou steam train to the towns of Tournon, Lamaste, Lalouvesc, St Bonnet le Froid and Annonay. The St Désirat still museum is around 40 minutes away, and the Peaugres safari park 45 minutes. Many other diverse tourist activities are possible in the surrounding area. There is a bicycle rental and repair shop in the village.
