Gelegen op de hoogten van het dorp, in het hart van de Croze-Hermitage BOB wijngaarden en abrikozenboomgaarden, zijn onze 4 gîtes verbouwd van een karakteristieke boerderij die volledig is gerenoveerd en niet ver van het huis van de eigenaar ligt. Situated in the Drôme des Collines region, in the heart of Croze-Hermitage vineyards and apricot orchards, this little house is set in a character farmhouse that has been completely renovated, along with 3 other gîtes not far from the owners' house. Enjoy exceptional views over the Rhône valley, the Ardèche, the Vercors and the historic vineyards of the northern Rhône appellations: Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage and St Joseph... With 3,000 m2 of grounds (barbecue, swing, slide, table tennis, table football), you can enjoy the peace and quiet of unspoilt nature, yet be close to major roads and towns: 3.5 km from the A7 n°13 motorway exit, 20 km from Valence and 17 km from Romans-sur-Isère, 20 min from the Alixan TGV station and 5km/8min from the Tain l'Hermitage TER station.
