The Pitot biscuit factory is a craft company specializing in filled shortbread.
Based in Tain l'Hermitage, the team develops the recipes and makes the dough, the jams and the assembly of the 2 on a daily basis. Their first recipe was invented in 1973.
The 3 main qualities of their biscuits:
- the taste: a generous embellishment
- the diversity: more than 20 flavors in regional appelation.
- to suit all tastes: with individual package or to share

Bij uitzondering gesloten op 1 januari, Paasmaandag, Hemelvaartsdag, Tweede Pinksterdag, 1 mei, 8 mei, 14 juli, 15 augustus, 1er november, 11 november en 25 december.
