Description

Spend a morning working in the vineyards with former winemakers from the Cave de Tain and discover the wines around a traditionnal meal. 9 AM : meeting point at La Cave de Tain, Tain l'Hermitage, with a wine expert from Terres de Syrah.
9h15 AM : share a glass into a experimental wineyard and enjoy wine or fruits juice and pognes (kinf of brioche). Also share some stories and anecdotes from La Cave de Tain.
9h45/10h00 AM : start the wineyards works (depends on the seasons) guided by winegrowers from La Cave de Tain
11 AM : guided tour of La Cave de Tain
Noon : snack into a unique part of the vineyar with wine tasting of 3 designations : Crozes Hermitage, Saint-Joseph et Hermitage.

This offer is available from January to October (depends on the millésime). Every year, a cuvée is made with the harvest of this experimental vineyard and the sales are in favour of local associations. First sale in 2021.
